Whether it's playing for the President and foreign dignitaries at the annual St. Patrick's Day luncheon or headlining World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney Australia in front of 350,000 people,
this band rarely sits still for long…and neither does their audience. The music of Scythian (sith-ee-yin) is a mix of kicked-up Celtic and world music with hints of gypsy and klezmer, all infused with a touch of punk-rock sensibility.

With foot-stomping original songs and new twists on traditional favorites, Scythian has created their own unique sound, which defies genre classification (although "speed folk" has been used on more than one occasion). Virtuosic talents and unfailing energy are the tools these lads use to create an electrifying connection to their audience that keeps fans on their feet and screaming for more. Scythian is:

Alexander Fedoryka - Violin/Mandolin/Harmonica/Bass/Vocals
Josef Crosby - Violin/Bass/Vocals
Danylo Fedoryka - Rhythm Guitar/Accordion/Vocals
Mike Ounallah - Percussion/Drums
